Date Night Support

For account, safety, moderation, privacy, or deletion requests, contact the Date Night support team.

Safety reports

Use in-app report and block tools first when possible. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours.

Account deletion

You can delete your Date Night account and its associated data in the app from Settings > Account > Delete account.

If you cannot access the app, email philippe@keynorthtech.ca from the email address connected to your account with the subject "Delete my Date Night account."

Deleting your account removes your profile, photos, date plans, applications, matches, messages, and notification tokens. Limited records may be retained only when required for fraud prevention, safety, legal compliance, or dispute resolution, and are deleted when the applicable retention period ends.
